The Woodcock Inn - Walks

This walk is one of our favourites - & the best thing about it as you can make it as long or as short as you like!

The route mapped out is dog friendly, although you may encounter some farm animals so please obey the rules & leads on when crossing farmland & stick to footpaths. There are a few points where you will meet a country road, although usually quiet, please be aware of your surroundings.

Roughly 2.4miles (3.8km) of beautiful scenery, with a combination of woodlands & farmland, taking around 45mins /1hr 15mins - the perfect way to work up an appetite for a meal at our pub.

The walk starts & finishes at our car park. If using, please pop in for a drink & food… with a spare pair of shoes in Winter!
